• I spent more than 20 years in the corporate IT space. Consulting. Training. Project managing. Over time, I realized the work I was most energized by was helping real leaders bravely build on their experiences, and mistakes, to create their best selves in leadership and in life.

For 10 years, I’ve worked with real leaders at all levels, from high-potential early career professionals to C-level execs. The things that get in the way are fear of judgement, fear of the unknown, and fear of leaving the familiar. Starting again doesn’t erase your experience; it builds on it. As a coach, I’m with you every step of the way.

    “Let’s just see…..”

That’s what I used to tell myself as I was standing in the start house before a ski race. “What’s possible if I go for it… what will happen if I focus every part of me on this race… if I exclude all distractions and go for it fully and completely… how fun and exciting it is that I don’t know until I try!”

Fast forward to now, and I use that “Let’s just see…” attitude to help real leaders be people everyone wants to work with.
